    Lots and lots of fatigue today.  Everyones weights were a down quite a bit…

    AM

    snatch to a heavy single, then two doubles with about 10kg less

    Jerk from box, 3 triples

    Was going to do overhead squats, but it wasnt really possible with the heavy fatigue level.

    PM

    snatch to max, then two doubles with about 10kg less

    clean and jerk to max, then one double with about 20kg less

    front squat 3 sets of 2
