I didn’t do anything worth noting for the last few days, I have done a crappy set of 5 with 205kg front squat and a poor attempt at 220x5x5 in the back squat.
I may as well be wearing a pair of board shorts while doing workouts like I have.

Hey Jon and Caleb……best of luck this weekend. Donny’s Friday act will be tough to follow but I expect to see some huge numbers today and tomorrow!
