snatch 3 doubles at about 80% roughly, working on crisp technique
clean and jerk, 3 doubles at about 80% working on crisp technique
max out on jerk the weight up then OHS.

I find that I need to do a pretty light morning snatch workout to stretch my shoulders for the afternoon, otherwise its to difficult to get into good positions with out pain.
Snatch pulled to 160 then 145 for triples
Clean pulled to 200 then 170 for triples

Did 90kg for 10 singles in the snatch today was the first time the bar was in a comfortable spot behind my head.
Snatch pulled to 170 then 145 for triples
Clean pulled to 210 then 170 for triples
Back squat 200kg for 5×5
Back extension 90×5 70×10
