Am Snatched 80 for 3 singles
Snatch pulled to 170 Clean pulled to 200
Pm Snatched to 120kg it was a lot forward and my left arm/shoulder was dropping forward.
Snatch pull to 170 Clean pull to 200 Front squat 195x3x3 this is not a good squat
