    I forgot to mention I have been doing an exercise that Glenn showed me a few months ago.

    It is a back extension in the GHR and done in a very strict fashion where I keep my hips locked in place and then round my back over then flex my spine, it places all of the stress into my erectors.

    When I started this exercise I struggled to do the empty bar for a set of 10 yesterday I have worked up to sets of ten at 60kg.
